Installation method
Before use, check whether components are damaged during transportation.
Before installing, ventilate and clean up the sundries in the gas supply pipeline. When installing, pay attention to the direction of gas flow and whether the nozzle is correct.
All the O seals must be coated with suitable lubricants during installation.
There are three pins on the Solenoid Valve Coil and a special plug, one of which has a "" symbol for grounding pins, and the user can decide whether to connect to the ground as required. Generally, when voltage is less than 36V, it will not be grounded. When it is larger than 36V, it should be grounded. The other two are coil power pins, which are connected to the terminals of the pulse injection controller and the terminals of the common line of the valve respectively. Pay attention to whether the voltage is in line with the requirements.
The deduster gas compartment (including the nozzle) is determined by the user. The capacity of the gas separator should meet the gas source that provides the stability of the electromagnetic Pulse Valve. The inner wall of the gas tank should clean the stainless steel and other sundries. The gas compartment is not leaked, and it meets the requirements of the relevant safety.
The sealing part of the valve and the gas bag and the injection connecting pipe is suitable for -10 to 70 degrees Celsius. If a high temperature seal is needed, please note separately when ordering.
